Dress: Forever 21

Boots: Doc Marten’s

Belts: Thrifted

Antlers: handmade

Flower crown: handmade

Here’s a creature that wanders in the depths of forests, during the darkest nights. A dark fawn that utilizes your little black dress and that flower crown you didn’t think you would use again after that music festival you went to last year.
Grab your favorite black dress, throw a belt on to cinch in your waist a little more, and some pattern tights to create some texture on your lower half. I made my own antlers and flower crown, but you can buy them online or even at your local costume shop, if you don’t already have either. I threw on my Doc Marten’s for some stomping ability!

This look really gets pulled together by the makeup, I used some darker colors as a base to the lighter browns I had available to me around the top half of my face to create the fawn face. A lot of white eyeshadow and highlighter to create the area near my eyes and down my nose. Some black eyeliner for the nose and making my eyes look larger with a double wing and extended inner corners. I also used a white eyeliner on my eyes and to make the spots on my face to get that spotted fawn look.

If you are going to create a fawn look I would love to see it! Post on my Facebook, Instagram and Twitter! Tag @styleastronaut & #saspooktober #spooktober2k15
