We are well into February this 2018 and that means our trial month for the year is over, so let’s get down to business. If you hit the ground running this year then you’ve probably gotten a decent amount of things going for you and maybe even some sort of plan, and if that’s the case than GO YOU! Then there’s the rest of us.
In the month of January I told myself that instead of setting up some “resolutions” that I probably wouldn’t hold myself to, that I would give myself a few proxies. Now I know that might sound a bit odd, but that’s the best way I can think to describe what I’ve set in motion. So the first was that in order to get out of the house more, if I made plans with friends and they got cancels/rescheduled, that I would go to the gym. This also counts for days that I had nothing planned/hadn’t left the house. Realistically this works out for A. Getting me out of the house and B. Working to make solid plans with friends.
Toward the end of the month, that got a little foggy, since I scooted west and didn’t have access to a gym. Everyone was adamant about keeping plans with me back in Vegas though, so that was nice. I also most definitely ate my weight in In n out cheeseburgers while I was there for a week and a half though, so there’s that. During my time back west, I played catch up with friends, ate as much food as I possibly could and spent some quality time with my family out there. I also hit my favorite costume shops and stocked up on a few things I knew I would need in the upcoming months.
So now we have hit February, so I’m sure you’ve all already celebrated your S.O. and such. Bought all the discount candy you can carry and wore red at least once. I, on the other hand, did a Valentines photoshoot with my cat. Best Valentine I could ask for, we even matched. Big thank you to Teddy Petrosky of Epsilon Arts for making that shoot a reality, check out his work!
Now as February carries on, I am excited to be making my way back to Ice Castles NH as a fire performer once again with the fire and ice crew! So if you are interested in catching the fire show while you are there, they run Friday and Saturday from 7:15-9:50pm![performance times are as follows : 7:15, 8:15, 9:15, 9:50 & each set is 25 mins each] I will be joining the team on February 23 & 25, so grab your tickets now and come enjoy the show!
